After placing an order if customer/buyer wants to cancel the order within 24hours, a charge of 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the paid amount. If the customer wants to cancel the order after 24 hours, a charge of 25%- restocking fee will be deducted from the paid amount and one-way shipping cost depends on the order.

All return orders should be informed via E-mail or Call to customer Service.

If in case of damaged or defective returns will be accepted within 7-10 calendar days from the date of delivery for mechanical parts and body parts.

The parts ordered testing purpose or ordered incorrectly will not be considered for return or exchange.

If the Parts returned that are found not in the original condition as shipped, does not qualify for the refund (Excluding items damaged in shipping that have been verified by the shipping company & Siri Auto Parts)

Parts being returned should not be disassembled, mounted, modified or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error. Siri Auto Parts will not be held responsible for installation or labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

There is no return or replacement for the electrical parts.

If customer received the part and if it is damaged, defective or if the shipping is delayed customer has to contact SIRI AUTO PARTS before disputing the charges.

Refund Policy:

Parts must be returned within 7 business days from the date of delivery for a full refund. However, shipping & handling is non-refundable. Customer has to provide a registered/certified mechanic’s detailed report to prove the same for mechanical parts, which shall be investigated further before processing a refund. Once the part is returned, we will be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are normally processed and credited within 2-3 working days after our warehouse confirms the receipt of the part. Once the returned part has/have been inspected and processed, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used to buy the part you ordered. You will receive an e-mail the day your refund is processed.

 If the purchase was made with a debit or credit card, it may take an additional 1-7 business day(s) for your financial institution to reflect the credit back on your account.

Shipping Policy:

Most orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 working days of the order confirmation, unless otherwise specified. Delivery or transit times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium-sized packages are generally delivered within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the packages leave our locations. Orders containing freight parts engine, transmission, axles, body parts and interior parts require special handling and are usually shipped via truck freight where delivery or transit times may take a bit longer (see Truck Freight information below). In addition, there may be instances in which orders with multiple parts/items will have multiple tracking numbers depending on which location the part will be coming from. Please note that we disclaim all liability for orders that do not meet anticipated delivery dates.

Truck Freight:

Delivery may take up to 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) within the continental United States. Truck freight to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii may take additional delivery days and require additional charges. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you via telephone or email with a revised shipping quote.
